I'm not ashamed

It's a sad state of affairs we've come to in Britain when the unsubstantiated claim of 'harrassment' or 'offence' is used to shut down dissenting voices to the current zetgeist. I don't think I've seen or read about, in the 20 odd years of being a Christian, so many preachers of God's word being harrassed or arrested by the Police.

The Last Post Revisited

Over the years I've posted a lot of content online, in blogs, discussions, forums and social media. Looking back you often see how your outlook on life changes. When I was a lad I leant a lot towards the left. I was, and still remain a trade union member and even joined the Labour Party.

My Strength and My Fortress

Immersed in worship one morning at our Sunday service I was struck by a couple of phrases in the song we were singing. It was by Hillsong and called My Story. The first phrase was "God will always be my strength" and the second was "To know You God is why I live".
