Seems my favourite distro Linspire has been taken over by my second favourite, Xandros.
Kevin Carmony has posted a notice he's received as a stockholder. You can view it at his blog. I expect he's got the hump as I'm convinced he was looking to retake the reigns at Linspire.
So lots of questions now raised:
- Will Linspire remain as a distro?
- What happens with Freespire?
- What happens with the MS deal?
- Is this down to the EMI suit on Michael Robertson?
